All returned items will be checked and must be in unused and good condition with the original receipt included. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping packaging as received. If the items have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund or exchange.
All perishable coffee products including but not limited to roasted coffee, sachet coffee and green beans are not eligible for any return, exchange or refund except for the following situation:
- The product is faulty.
- We have delivered the wrong product to the customer
If there was an error with your order, please get in touch with us at email@example.com within one day from receiving the goods.
Non-coffee Products and Equipment
Return for all non-coffee products and equipment must be in unused condition and original packaging within seven days after the purchase for a refund or exchange.
Beloya Roasters Solutions is not responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm returned items are in good condition and satisfy all the requirements stated previously, the customer will receive their refund within 30 days after the confirmation.
